We wandered into the store and found a great assortment of high quality shoes, women's clothing and accessories. Karen was extremely helpful and accommodating. I ended up buying shoes for myself and for my granddaughter. I wish I lived in Bracebridge so I could visit more often!

I buy gifts for friends and family here all the time. The items are always great quality, the staff are very sweet, personable and always helpful. But never pushy or in your space. Its a great little shop and it's always a pleasant experience shopping there.

Outstanding customer service, bought a pair of boots earlier this winter, one had a defective zipper. They replaced the pair and the manufacturer shipped it directly to my home. This is why I support small businesses they give great service and I will definitely tell all my co-workers to shop there. I will be going back to buy some sandals for when the warmer weather arrives.
